No refunds will be provided for any template downloads or purchases. Please carefully review the product description and details before making your purchase.
2. Custom Services:For custom website design, branding, logos or ANY custom services, refunds are only available under the following strict conditions:
- Refund Request within 48 Hours: You must request a refund in writing (via email to [Your Email Address]) within 48 hours of your initial payment.
- No Work Started: A refund will only be issued if no work has commenced on your custom service project. This includes, but is not limited to, design mockups, content creation, coding, or any other project-related tasks.

- We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
4. Exceptions:- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the refund request is fraudulent or abusive.
